BRIEF
Our client, an expanding 4As advertising agency, is looking for a Business Director to join their fully integrated team to serve a new and renowned F&B account and to work on creative and award-winning campaigns targeting our local market.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report directly to the GM and regional MD;
- Supervise overall Through-the-line campaigns including some branding projects, making sure projects/campaigns are delivered on time and quality are as promised;
- Manage, develop and maintain senior client relationship and offer strategic solutions to clients;
- Provide brand guardianship & thought leadership to clients;
- Identify and lead new business pitches if necessary;
- Monitor and manage the P&L of the key retainer account;
- Mentor and manage your team of Account Executives, Account Managers and/or Associate Account Directors.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Advertising or related disciplines;
- 8+ years of relevant working experience from an agency setup, ideally a 4As;
- Candidate with less experience would be considered as Group Account Director;
- Experience in handling through-the-line campaigns is a must;
- Excellent client facing skills, with proven experience in managing top-level clients and/or China clients;
- Strong strategic thinking with local consumer insights is highly preferred;
- Candidates with Chinese, ideally Cantonese skills will be highly prioritised;
- Digital savvy with a passion to learn and further develop in digital projects;
- Able to identify business development opportunities from existing clients and new clients when required;
- Proven team management abilities;
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen;
- Energetic, determined, passionate.
