BRIEF
My client, an advertising agency in Hong Kong, is looking for a high-calibre Associate Account Director to join their dynamic team and handle integrated communication campaigns in both ATL and digital.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with local key clients for day-to-day operations;
- Develop and maintain agency-client relationships in a professional manner;
- Provide strategic input for clients to help achieve their business goals;
- Manage and supervise the entire process of ATL and also digital campaigns;
- Coordinate with internal parties to ensure the creative deliverables are of high creativity and effectiveness;
- Help nurture and mentor junior teammates.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder in Advertising, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines;
- 5+ years of experience in Client Servicing, preferably in 4As creative agencies;
- Knowledge in ATL campaigns in a must;
- Experience in handling digital campaigns is a plus;
- Great leadership skills to lead a team;
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Strong knowledge in digital trends is a bonus;
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
