BRIEF
My client, a new customer-driven fashion start-up, is looking for an analytical, data-driven marketer with experience in lead acquisition and conversion optimisation to join the Digital Acquisition and Growth team within the marketing department.
As an Online Lead Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring and optimisation of lead-acquisition marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Growth Hacker, you will be working closely with various teams within the marketing department to execute, monitor and improve paid lead-acquisition marketing campaigns.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and launch paid lead acquisition campaigns on different social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Google Adwords;
- Monitor and report campaign performance and develop initiatives to optimise conversion;
- Work with Creative Design and Social & Content teams on routinely revising marketing materials for optimised performance;
- Explore new paid advertising platforms;
- Develop and expand SEM campaigns, monitor and report performance.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder in Marketing, Digital Media, Advertising, Communications or related disciplines;
- 1+ years of experience in social or digital team in Media, Advertising, PR agencies;
- Strong numerical, analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English;
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines;
- Experience working with analytical software (e.g. Google Analytics etc) and ability to run detailed, comprehensive analysis in Microsoft Excel;
- Familiarity in running lead acquisition marketing campaigns on various platforms (e.g. Facebook / Adroll / Criteo / Google);
- Knowledge of SEO preferred.
