BRIEF
Our client is one of the world’s premiere digital design firms with some 1,000+ consultants across the world. They are looking for an UX Design Lead with strong user-centred design experience to drive innovation and help solve clients’ business problems through a digital consultancy approach.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent area;
- Minimum of 8+ years’ experience as a UX designer;
- Strong command of English language, other Asian languages would be a plus;
- Willing to travel to up to 70% to client sites (Within APAC);
- Strong user-centred design portfolio, with experience working in different platforms;
- A leader who can inspire peers and junior team members to learn and expand their skills and experience;
- Experience in leading a project team and managing client interactions;
- Experience in managing scope & managing deliverables;
- Experience conducting usability testing,user research, A/B testing and other core UX workflows;
- Knowledge of Agile methodology;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A problem-solver, with strong analytic skills;
